Our children and youth began all their preparation from 6th october. On 8th october everyone gathered by 9am for organising and preparing for the day of play.

One team was preparing lemon juice and butter milk while other team were busy in organising materials. By 10am everyone get-together and we began with various team building fun games. We also had two guests from Toronto Nisha and Melisa. They both participated in Day of Play.

Four groups were created and they initiated making things from cardboard. Each group came up with creative idea.

Group 1: Roboball game

They created paper balls and from cardboard they created two masks one mask is for the player who will hit the goal and another mask is for the play who will save the goal.

Group 2 : Ball in the box.

This was an interesting challenge where player gets paper balls. They have to throw the paper ball through one box which is set on high table and other box is behind it on the ground. The other box is covered with plastic polythene with a small hole. The ball has to reach in the box through the hole.

Group 3 : Puzzles

This group created 3 puzzles which we have to fix it in one minute.

Group 4 : Hit the score

A big cardboard was assembled into an interesting hurdles. Player has 3 small size paper balls and the ball has to get into small hut shaped hole.

Apart from that as pre-preparation they also had created polo game from cardboard.

It was fun learning for sure.
